Please be aware that pets are not permitted on the premises at any time for Cave Capers 2025. There is limited shade and limited access to stores/restaurants at this location. Please be sure to plan accordingly.
Tent camping is included in your registration fees, but if you wish to bring a Camper/RV (with or without hookups) you will need to reach out to Jadin Wolf at Crawford County Fairgrounds. Please note that multiple registrations can be completed in one transaction, look for the 'add registrant' button at the bottom of the page to add people to your checkout.

Catering provided by Bedford's own Cedar Hill Catering. You get a choice of: Chicken Penne Alfredo, Meaty Lasagna, or Vegetarian Lasagna for your main dish. Sides will be a tossed garden salad, steamed vegetables, and garlic bread. With a drink choice of Sweet Tea, Unsweet Tea or Lemonade. For dessert we will have turtle brownies and s'more brownies.
